1. Overview

At Trustline Carriers Private Limited, customer satisfaction and service reliability are our top priorities. We aim to provide efficient, safe, and timely transportation services. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may require our customers to cancel or modify their bookings. This policy outlines the terms and conditions under which cancellations and refunds will be processed.


2. Booking Cancellation Policy

a) Customer-Initiated Cancellations

  • More than 24 Hours Before Scheduled Pick-up:
     
    • Full cancellation allowed.
       
    • 100% of the booking amount will be refunded.
       
  • 12 to 24 Hours Before Pick-up:
     
    • A cancellation fee of 25% of the total booking amount will be deducted.
       
    • The remaining 75% will be refunded.
       
  • Less than 12 Hours Before Pick-up:
     
    • A cancellation fee of 50% will apply.
       
    • The remaining amount will be refunded.
       
  • Less than 4 Hours Before Pick-up / No Show:
     
    • No refund will be provided.
       
    • This is treated as a “No Show” or last-minute cancellation.
       

b) Recurring or Monthly Contracts

  • Cancellations for services under contract must be made with a minimum of 3 days’ written notice.
     
  • Refunds will be calculated after deducting any costs already incurred, such as fuel, tolls, driver charges, or route planning.
     

3. Company-Initiated Cancellations

Trustline Carriers reserves the right to cancel a booking due to:

  • Vehicle breakdowns
     
  • Unforeseen emergencies
     
  • Weather conditions
     
  • Route disruptions
     
  • Government restrictions or road closures
     

In such cases:

  • We will attempt to offer an alternate vehicle or rescheduling.
     
  • If no alternative is acceptable, a full refund will be initiated within 5–7 business days.
     

4. Refund Process

  • All eligible refunds will be processed through the original payment method (Bank Transfer, UPI, Credit/Debit Card).
     
  • Refunds may take 5 to 7 business days to reflect in your account.
     
  • A confirmation email will be sent once the refund has been processed.
     


 

5. Refund Eligibility Criteria

Refunds will only be applicable under the following conditions:

  • Booking cancelled as per the timeframes defined in Section 2.
     
  • Vehicle did not arrive due to confirmed error from Trustline Carriers.
     
  • Payment was deducted but booking was not confirmed due to a system error.
     

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Customer is unavailable at the pick-up or delivery location.
     
  • Incorrect address, contact details, or documentation provided.
     
  • Service delays due to heavy traffic, strikes, or natural disasters.
     
  • Customer-requested mid-way trip cancellation or detour.
     

6. Modification of Bookings

  • Modifications to date, time, or destination must be made at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled dispatch time.
     
  • Modifications are subject to vehicle availability.
     
  • Fare differences may apply.
     

7. Special Conditions for Freight or Commercial Logistics

  • Any logistics booking requiring special handling, permits, or documentation (e.g., over-dimensional cargo, fragile items) will be subject to custom cancellation terms as discussed during booking.
     
  • In case of cancellation of such shipments, only partial refunds may be offered after deducting administrative or processing costs.
     

8. How to Request a Cancellation or Refund

To cancel a booking or request a refund, contact us with the following details:

  • Full Name
     
  • Booking ID / Invoice Number
     
  • Contact Number
     
  • Reason for Cancellation
     
  • Mode of Payment

9. Dispute Resolution

If you believe your cancellation or refund was not handled as per this policy, you may escalate the matter to our Grievance Officer at:

All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Jaipur, Rajasthan.


10. Policy Updates

Trustline Carriers Private Limited reserves the right to modify, update, or change this policy without prior notice. Customers are advised to review this page periodically for any updates.
