Welcome to Trustline Carriers Private Limited. These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the use of our logistics and transportation services by individuals and businesses (“Client”, “You”, or “Customer”). By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the terms outlined below.

If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our services.

Trustline Carriers Private Limited provides the following transportation and logistics services:

• Inter-city and intra-city goods transportation
   
• Freight and cargo handling
   
• Contract-based transport services
   
• Specialized/Heavy equipment logistics (as per agreement)
   

All services are subject to availability, route feasibility, vehicle condition, and external regulations.

• All bookings must be made through official channels (website, call, or email).
   
• A confirmation will be issued upon successful booking with a unique Booking ID.
   
• Trustline Carriers reserves the right to accept or reject any booking at its sole discretion.
   

• Payment must be made in full before dispatch unless otherwise agreed upon in a signed contract.
   
• Accepted modes: Bank Transfer, UPI, Credit/Debit Card, Cheque (subject to clearance).
   
• Overdue payments will incur a 2% monthly interest charge.
   
• GST and other taxes applicable as per government regulations.
   

• Please refer to our [Refund & Cancellation Policy] (provided separately) for complete details.
   
• Cancellations and modifications must be made within the specified time frame.
   
• No refunds for "no-show", last-minute cancellations, or incorrect address information.
   

• Estimated delivery times are provided but not guaranteed unless mentioned in a contractual SLA.
   
• Delays may occur due to:
   
  • Traffic conditions
     
  • Weather disturbances
     
  • Vehicle breakdown
     
  • Route diversions
     
  • Government restrictions
     

Trustline Carriers is not liable for such delays unless under a guaranteed delivery agreement.

• Once goods are handed over to Trustline Carriers, we take full responsibility for transit safety, provided goods are declared and documented properly.
   
• We are not responsible for:
   
  • Undeclared or misdeclared goods
     
  • Improper packaging by sender
     
  • Force majeure events (natural disasters, war, riots)
     
• Maximum liability in the event of damage or loss will be limited to INR 5,000 unless cargo is insured or otherwise agreed in writing.
   

• Clients are responsible for accurate description and declaration of goods (weight, dimensions, value, type).
   
• Prohibited items include but are not limited to: explosives, hazardous chemicals, narcotics, illegal items.
   
• Improper or inadequate packaging is the sender’s responsibility.
   

• Insurance is not included by default.
   
• Clients may opt to insure goods during transit. Please request insurance at the time of booking.
   

All client data including booking details, addresses, and documents will be kept strictly confidential and will not be shared or sold, except where required by law.

All content on our website including branding, logos, and documentation is the intellectual property of Trustline Carriers Private Limited. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if:

• Payment defaults persist.
   
• Misuse or abuse of services is detected.
   
• Any illegal or unethical activity is associated with the booking.
   

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of India.
All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.

Trustline Carriers Private Limited may amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated versions will be posted on the website.
